Certain Notarial acts are regulated by the state of Texas and have a limitation to the fees charged, These are listed in the fee schedule below. Extra fees apply for travel and convenience depending on location and time of appointment.

Travel Fees
There is a flat fee of $45 within 30 miles during normal business hours. There is an extra fee for mileage or times outside of normal business area.
Apostille Agent
This can range from $150-$1500. It depends on several factors such as how quickly a person needs it, where it is going, and where the document originated.

Jail Notarizations
There is a fee of $150 that includes my travel fee within 30 miles during normal business hours, this does not include notarization fees. There is an extra fee for mileage or times outside of normal business area.
Service Fee
